A mindful way to live and create - a return to softness, balance, and intention
The Zeenzen Project
Zeenzen is a mindful living space — a return to what truly matters.
It began with a personal need to heal — slowly, honestly, and from the inside out. Zeenzen grew from that process: from my personal search for calm, for balance, for ways to feel well in a world that moves too fast.
Every idea here has been lived first. Every ritual, class, and workshop has been tested, felt, and experienced before being shared. Zeenzen is not theory — it’s the result of years of exploring what truly supports healing: presence, touch, rhythm, and community.
At its heart, Zeenzen is a place for people who want to live more intentionally. For those who crave calm but also creativity; who want to slow down without disconnecting from life. We believe that making things — with our hands, our words, our choices — helps us come back to ourselves. And that healing, like art, happens best when it’s shared.
It’s a space where creativity and calm meet, where rituals become a way to restore balance and meaning in everyday life.
We come together to learn, to work on our bodies, to pause.
To rediscover a slower rhythm and the grounding joy of connection — with ourselves, with others, and with nature.
Every gesture — a handmade object, a shared conversation, a mindful breath — can become a quiet act of care.
The project has grown into a small team of kind, thoughtful people — each bringing their own craft, method, and energy. Everyone who collaborates with Zeenzen is carefully chosen for their authenticity, curiosity, and genuine care. Together, we create experiences that remind us of what’s essential: connection, nature, beauty, and the simple act of being present.
Zeenzen is both a philosophy and a practice. A space to learn, to make, to slow down. An invitation to reconnect with the essence of ζῆν (ancient Greek word that means to live) — to live fully, simply, and consciously.
Elina Antonopoulou — Founder & Creative Director
Zeenzen was born from Elina’s personal journey toward balance and renewal.
After spending years in the corporate world — working in marketing and advertising — she reached a point where the constant pace, pressure, and noise created a deep need for stillness.
Seeking to reconnect with something more meaningful, Elina co-founded Ftiaxto.gr, one of Greece’s first creative platforms dedicated to handmade culture. For over ten years, she explored the joy and community that comes from making things with our hands. Later, she founded Learn2Craft.gr, offering online craft seminars that connected creativity with learning.
Through her own process, she began to understand that creativity was not just a hobby — it was healing.
The act of making became a form of meditation, a language of presence, and a way to restore emotional balance in a highly digitized world.
From that realization, Zeenzen was created: a mindful living project that brings together workshops, classes, and gatherings inspired by calm, simplicity, and connection.
Today, after 20 years of experience in the world of making, Elina’s mission is to help people slow down, heal, and rediscover themselves — through making, mindful rituals, and the quiet value of calm.
